KVM Patient Feedback Survey - 'Safe, Quality Health Care'

'KVM Striving For Excellence!'

Recently Keilor Village Medical engaged 'cfep Surveys' to conduct an independent survey of our patients, seeking feedback on a range of topics from the overall satisfaction with the practice, concern for patient,confidence in ability,treatment by staff,to keeping patient information private.

97% of of all patient ratings about this practice were good,very good or excellent! Patients were able to provide de-identified comments about the practice. Some examples of this feedback is provided below:

"I highly recommend [Doctor] - they are an excellent Doctor and always has time for us when we have our consultations. They are very thorough. Reception team are great too - always pass messages on and feel valued as a patient. I’ve been very happy since I’ve found [Practice]. Thank you."

"Have so far had all my medical needs met, so have not encountered any gaps which need improving."

"Love the clinic, thank you for all your assurance when we need it."

"This practice is extremely busy and as a result, wait times may be a little longer than average.This is the price I would pay in exchange for the excellent care I receive from my clinician. The care here is far better than any other practice I have visited in my [time] years."

The main issue for improvement that patients identified was in regard to wait times in the surgery. The practice intends to address this area of improvement and trial various actions to hopefully reduce appointment wait times in the future.
